All passwords were reset on August 10. Log in with your BRCC e-mail username and your Colleague Student ID number with a leading zero (example: if your ID Number is 0123456, your password would be 00123456). You will then need to change your password at the next screen. Your new, changed password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Contain at least two numbers
- Contain at least two lowercase letters

If you do not know your BRCC student e-mail username and your Colleague Student ID number, go to: http://www.blueridge.edu/distance_learner/dl_tutorials.php and follow the directions to obtain your username and ID number.
Moodle and Webmail passwords can only be reset by system administrators. Please contact the BRCC Help Desk at 828-694-1895.
